Unfortunately, yes - men have the right to wear shorts in the city, because we girls can wear skirts and shorts of any model and length. But everything is not so simple, because we are different, respectively, and the perception of a girl and a man in shorts is different.

For example, if a long-legged girl puts on shorts and goes go shopping, take a walk little dog, they will cast glances at her - someone will want this girl, and someone will envy. If the girl turns out to be very well-fed, she will either not be noticed, or she will become the subject of ridicule.

And many other girls share my desires, so keep in mind for the future, if you want to make a better impression on girls - either go in for sports and have footballer's legs, or don't wear shorts in the city. Although if personal comfort is in the first place for you and the opinion of the girls is not important to you, you can wear any shorts.
